This One  is   dedicated  to my  MOM. she  was the  best  cook in the  world .
she  wanna  have  as  many  as recipies as possible and  try them all. She  was  generous  in sharing hers too. she  was very quick in learning and experimenting irrespective of  tons of  work that she had in a  school and managing three devils at home. She loved to try the new generations food too. she was found of pizzas and Chinese .Due to limitations in traditional family kitchen she  could never try  these at home  but always encouraged me to do  so . she was loved  by all my family  for  her hospitality. I always wondered  why she  strained  her self  so much  to give the  best  to the kids and all the family , Now  i has  a  mother  and a  wife  know  why  she did  it. She  is my teacher  my  guide and  my  love.
                                         i have inherited a little talent from her. not a  great cook like she was   but a  decent  one. although iam a cook  by  force now i love doing that and i really wanna share  my mom,s and my recipes  to all  and inspire  them  to cook. I  should  really  thank my hubby  who always  wanted me to start a blog and blog all  my cooking recipes, Better late than never here it is .

 Born and  bought  up in  Karnataka  to a Tamil and Andra  parents my cooking will have ting of all three states. I am an nonvegetarian so will be  baised to it  when compared to veg . please excuse me for this . i  hope   i will meet the expectations and keep the spark on.
